Lucy has been teaching regular yoga classes since 2011. She is trained to teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal / Mum & Baby Yoga.
Hatha YogaHatha Yoga incorporates gentle stretches and postures to improve strength and flexibility with an emphasis on breath awareness. Lucy chooses a different theme each week for her Hatha yoga classes (e.g shoulder and chest openers, hip openers, back bends and twists) to work with the entire body, mind and breath over several weeks, giving her students a sense of balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Pregnancy YogaSuitable for all pregnant women from their 13th week of pregnancy and open to all levels, even if you've never done yoga before. Mums-to-be will learn postures and movement based exercises to prevent and remedy common aches and pains during pregnancy like lower back ache or pelvic pain. Learn useful breathing techniques that help to calm and relax the body in both pregnancy and labour, and prepare the mind and body for a positive birthing experience.

Ashtanga YogaAshtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga working with the primary series sequence to improve strength, flexibility and fitness. Lucy offers modified postures in her Ashtanga classes to make it more accessible to beginners.
